Target is running a "Buy One Get One 40% Off" sale on select Lego sets this week. It look like it's a selection from the Speed Champions, Friends, Harry Potter, and Classic lines. This is a chance to get those $10 sets that have less than 100 pieces at a better Parts per Price ratio than normal.
