Review: 71223 Dimensions Chima Cragger Fun Pack

Another set I picked up when TRU was going through its death throes.  I'm not sure what price I paid for it.

Box.  MSRP was $14.99 for a $0.26 Price per Piece.

Instructions.

Parts 1. Plates, Truncated Cone Brick, 2x2
Plate w/Studs on Side, Round Large
 Jumper, Tile w/Studs on Ends, Tooth
 Plates, Clip Plates, Minifig Binoculars,
 Studless Slopes, Round Plates, Printed Round Tiles, Flame Pieces, and Minifig Handlebar.

Parts 2.  Dimensions Bases, Polygonal Wedge
Brick, Plate, Inverted Slopes, and Round Brick.

Build.  An IO Frigate with
three Attachment points.

The Questions:

Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Above.  (-10)  (The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  No.  (-5)
Score: -5 (B-).  While this has some nice Dark and Olive Green pieces, it's really hampered by the parts count.
