Review: Brickcraft 72456 Candy Cars Jolly Rancher Racer Polybag

So I was going to continue on with the new Make-It Blocks sets but I ran into a bunch of new to retail Brickcraft sets at my local Newbury Comics so I'm switching to them instead.  Let's do a week of Hershey's set reviews.  Now I know that the proper name for this line is Hershey's but "Candy Cars" sounds so much better.  So there.  Also the packaging is a polybag with a resealable top.

Bag.  MSRP is $6.99, for a $0.09 Price per Piece.  I paid $9.99 at Newbury Comics for a $0.13 Price per Piece.

This is the second new series from Make-It Blocks for the second quarter of 2026.  Let's look at the set with the most parts to finish our reviews this week.

Review: Make-It Blocks Excavator

This is the second new series from Make-It Blocks for the second quarter of 2026.  This seemed like the most interesting one of the bunch, so let's work our way through.

Score: +20 (A+).  While the color isn't quite a match for Lego's Bright Light Orange, Technic pieces, Lampholders, and Bars are all neat pieces.

Review: Block Tech Block Bouquet Orange Camellia

Now for a quick palate cleanser.  This set is from the sixth edition of Block Bouquet sets.  For some reason I didn't pay much attention to it in amongst all the others.  Then I received a promotional email from Five Below where it was featured and I took a closer look.

I was in Dollar Tree the other day looking for a completely different set when I stumbled upon these new pullback car sets.  I tracked all three down so let's take the week and review them.

Score: +20 (A+).  Yay, MIB is making small sets again!  I love those Studless Wedges, I like the 1L Linkarms, and that shade of Green.  I will be buying more of these.

Review: Bandai Bitlot Gundam (Real Type Color)

This is the second release of Bandai's Gundam Bitlot figures.  Since the first wave was pretty good let's keep going.

Box.  I paid $11.99 at Miniso for this.

Parts.

Disassembled.  The shield can be Defense.  The Bazooka could be Artillery

or Spotting.  The hands can be removed for White die damage.

Score: 0 (B).  Well, that's disappointing.  All of the second batch have been disappointing.  Since the accessories are interchangeable, they really need to make an Accessory Pack for people who want to build armies.

Review: Bandai Bitlot Gundam GM

This is the second release of Bandai's Gundam Bitlot figures.  Since the first wave was pretty good let's keep going.

Box.  I paid $11.99 at Miniso for this.

Parts.

Disassembled.  The shield can be Defense.  the sword could

be Melee or Spotting.  The gun could be Direct Fire or

Spotting.  The hands can be removed for White die damage.
