Review: BLDR 0069 Adopt Me Dragon & Bat Wing Crib

A new entry into the building block battle is a company called Jazwares.  They're calling their product line BLDR.  I swear I've seen the "BLDR" name somewhere else before, though.  They currently have four product "lines", Squishmallows, Hello Kitty, Adopt Me, and Crunchyroll.  Right now they only seem to be available at Target.  For some reason the smaller sets aren't listed online yet.

Box.  MSRP is $4.99 for a $0.07 Price per Piece.

Plates, Technic Plate, Skeleton Arms, Bar Plates, Dragon Wings w/Bar, Curved Slopes w/Cutout, Studless Slopes, Jumper, Tiles, Printed Curved slope, 2x2x2/3 Brick w/Axle Hole, Inverted Tile, Curved Slope w/Towball Socket, Feet, horns w/Bar, Triple Slopes, Bar Ball Joint, Apollo Studs, Clip Plates, Tile Clip, Brackets, and Bar w/Stop.

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Below.  (+5)  (The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  Yes.  (+5)
Score: +20 (A+).  I like the Bat Wings and the Purple Tile Clips.  This set has a good amount of some useful parts.
