Review: 30687 Bluey Tea Party Polybag

Let's take a moment away from the Christmas sets and do one last new new for 2025 polybag review.  I picked this up at Walmart.  It was in a midway display filled with other stocking stuffers -- so it's kinda Christmas-y.  I've also seen it at Barnes & Noble.

Bag.  MSRP is $4.99 for a $0.15 Price per Piece.

Instructions.

Minifig.

Parts.  Plate, Half Circle Plate, Round Plates, Fence,
Bricks, Corrugated Round Bricks, Grille Tiles, Double
Large Jumper, Round Large Jumpers, Round Plates w/3
Leaves, Dome Bottom, Tile, Round Plates w/5 Petals,
Swirl Top Plates, Minifig Tea Cups, Minifig Cupcake Liner,
Minifig Teapot, Minifig Tea Saucers, Plant Stems w/3 Leaves,
Cone, Printed Minifig Head, and Minifig Watering Can.

Build.  Two 1 Hit pieces of Cover and a Station.

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Above.  (-10)  (The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  No.  (-5)
Score: -5 (B-).  I know this is a licensed set -- and a 4+ at that -- but still, c'mon Lego do better.
