Purity: Mega Bloks DXF01 Halo Banished Ghost Rush Review

I feel like doing another Mega Bloks week.

Box.  MSRP is $9.99 which is a Price per Piece of $0.11.  Looks like they reduced the parts count from the two previous versions of this set.

Instructions.

Minifig.

Parts 1.  Just one of those odd
shaped Plates MB like so much.

Parts 2.  We have some translucent
parts and the MB Bar Claw pieces.

Parts 3.  Some Bar Plates
and some SNOT bricks.

Parts 4.  Some nice Dark Red pieces, Minifig pieces, and other bits.

Build.  I was really hoping for a Dark Red version of my
"Mega Beetle" frame but I had to settle for something else.

Review: 70318 Nexo Knights Glob Lobber

Let's finish out the week with one of the smaller, regular Nexo Knights sets.

new Finned Minifig Spear
Tips, plus the 1x1 Pyramids.

Parts 2.  Trans-Orange 1x1 Bricks are cool.  As
are the Minifig Weapon Blade w/Bars & 5 Spikes.

Build.  IO Frigate.

Review:70363 Nexo Knights Battle Suit Macy

This is the halfway point of Nexo Knights week.

Parts 1.  The Nexagon, the Minifig
Mecha Cockpit, and the Half Spiked
Ball immediately jump out at me.

Parts 2.  Of course there's the Ball Joint Technic Steering Arm, and the other Ball Joint and Technic pieces.  Plenty of Plates, Slopes, and Printed Tiles too.

Build.  A Frame and a Station.

Review: 70334 Nexo Knights Ultimate Beast Master

This week I'm going to review a bunch of Nexo Knights sets.

Instructions.

Minifig.

Parts 1.  The Printed Trans-Purple Dish is neat.  As is
the Minifig Hand Armor in the lower left.  The
Printed Technic Ball Joint in the lower right is cute.

Parts 2.  Pneuma-Ts!  Another Printed Technic Ball Joint, some Unicorn Horns, plenty of Plates and Technic bits.  Hinge Bricks are cools as are Bar Claws.

Build.  Mecha Demon Unicorn!

Purity: Mega Bloks DYF13 Pokemon Gyarados Review

Let's finish out Mega Bloks review week with another licensed set from another different line.

Parts 2.  Lots of Pale Yellow.
Some cool Double Sided
Plates and Brackets here.

Parts 3.  T Plates, Double Sided
Plate, and the Trans-Light Blue
Plate are neat.

Parts 4.  Plenty of Slopes, Wedge Plates, and Macaroni Plates.

Parts 5.  The "Fire" pieces are neat,
as are the Clip Brick and Bar Plate.

Parts 6.  Trans-Light Blue Bar Plates!

Parts 7.  Inverted Tile Clips!

Parts 8.  Nice Trans-Blue pieces here.

Parts 10.  Interesting Ball Joints and printed pieces here.

We're at the middle of the Mega Bloks review week and let's try another licensed set from a different line.

Minifig 2.  This thing is huge.

Size Comparison.  Yeah, you could field this Minifig next to Chubs.

Parts 1.  I like those Turquoise pieces.  The Pin/Bar combo piece is really nice.  There's also a 1x1-1x1 Bracket

Parts 2.  More Turquoise parts.  There's also a couple of Corner Bricks too.  Honestly, everything in this picture looks useful.

Build.  An IO frigate.  It has five hardpoints for Attachments.
