Target is running a "20% off Select City, Super Hero, Friends, and Ninjago Sets" sale this week. Along with a "20% off two Star Wars sets" sale.
I was in my local Target last night and the main Lego aisle was pretty wiped out. So if you want something and know it's in stock, jump on it. Good hunting.
