Third Time's the Charm

In light of Discord's recent decision to turn the place into a dumpster fire, a few people from the Mobile Frame Zero community have opened a new version of the Hangar forums.  It's early days but we're hoping to build a community that will last.  It will take a while to get all the sub-forums populated but the more people participate, the sooner that will happen.

Sign up, share your thoughts, and stay a while.  Let's create the future together.

Public Service Announcement

As you may know, member registration at the Hangar has been closed for over a week due to a high influx of spammers.  We're going to keep registration closed for another week.  In the meantime we ask that anyone who registered in the month of September and hasn't posted yet to please do so.  Because, after the week is up we're going to delete all the zero post accounts as spammers.  Once again, if you joined the board in September and haven't posted yet please stop lurking and say "hello" so you aren't deleted as a spammer.  Thank you for your patience.

The Battle for June 2 & Other MFZ News

The Mobile Frame Hangar will be running its second contest ever.  The "Battle for June" has returned!  The person that posts the most battle reports in the month of June will win a small Pick-A-Brick cup of Travis Bricks.  This contest starts on 12:01am, June 1, 2015 and ends Midnight, June 30, 2015.

The format necessary for posts to be eligible will be the following:

• a list of players,
• three pictures minimum (before, during, after),
• a recounting of what happened.

Hangar "employees" are not eligible for this contest.

To go along with that, apparently Brick Fiesta is having a special MOC category of Mobile Frame Zero Companies.  Interesting.  Can any MoF0s in Texas, or anyone associated with Brick Fiesta, fill us in?

Target is running a sale on Friends, Chima, and Star Wars sets this week.  The main ones pictured in the ad at 15% off are 41059 Jungle Tree Sanctuary, 70141 Vardy's Ice Vulture Glider, and 75085 Hailfire Droid.

The Battle for June: Wrap-Up

June is over and it's time to announce the winners of our first contest on the Mobile Frame Hangar forums.

Mobile Frame Hangar Registration

The Mobile Frame Hangar will be open for registration from 12 noon to 5pm Eastern Time on Friday (4/12/13).  Notification e-mails are still not working so please inform me here or on one of the other sites -- Facebook, Flickr, G+, etc. -- what username you registered under and I'll activate it manually.

Changes at the Hangar

There have been a few changes at the Hangar.  We've added subforums for locating games.  I've also taken to deleting all the spammer accounts I can find.  Please stop by and check it out.
