Review: 41383 Friends Olivia's Hamster Playground

I bought this last week as it was on Clearance.  I thought it was weird as this set was just released this year.

the first Friends set with stickers I've reviewed.

Parts 2.  Fence, Round Plates, Plates, Slopes, Technic Brick, Technic Lift Arm, Gear, Axle, Panels, Modified Plates, Bracket, Minidoll Animal.

Build.  Scanbot (2Y) and

a 1 Hit piece of Cover.

If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  Yes.  (+5)
Score: +5 (B+).  Some good pieces but not really enough of any of the parts to build anything meaningful.
