Purity: Hsanhe Set Review 2

I occasionally go food shopping in an Asian grocery store.  They have a little section for toys, knick-knacks, and other assorted things.  I found these at that store.  The company that makes them doesn't even seem to have a website.  You can find plenty of information on their sets, but not much on the company itself.

Box.  I paid $6.99 for this which gives us a $0.21 Price per Piece.

Instructions.

Parts.  The Black Half Pin catches my eye, along with the Orange Clip Tile.  The Orange 1x2 Bar Plates (closed ends) are nice too.

Build.  Call it 2Rh+d8/2Ra/1G.

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Above.  (-10)  (The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  No.  (-5)
Score: -5 (B-).  You should be able to find this for a lot less online.  That should improve the score significantly.
