Review: 10401 What is at the End of the Rainbow?

This set is from the new "Building Bigger Thinking" line.

Box.  I paid $4.99 for this at Toys'R'Us which yields a $0.06 Price per Piece.

Instructions.

Parts 1.  Some average stuff here except for the Light Blue
2x2 Mod. Brick and the 60th Anniversary Printed Tile.

Parts 2.  Several different shades of blue.  Plates, Tiles, Slopes, Unicorn Horns, a Unikitty Tail, plenty of interesting things.

Build.  Frame and Station.

The Questions:

Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Below.  (+5)  (The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  Yes.  (+5)
Score: +20 (A+).  While this has a decent parts selection I feel it's more of a color splash set instead of a core build one.
