Review: 30530 WU-CRU Target Training Polybag

This is the last of the polybags I picked up three weeks ago at the Lego Discovery Center.

Bag.  MSRP is $5.00 for a $0.11 Price per Piece.

Instructions.

Minifigs.

Parts.  Plenty of Plates here.  Large Jumpers, Cheese Slopes, and 1x1 Round Bricks have good quantities.  Minifig Shuriken are always interesting.  As are the Cylinders 1x5.5 w/ Handle.  The printed 2x2 Round Tile is nice.

Build.  I made the set as I like the build.  It will take three hits as Cover.

The Questions:

Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Above.  (-10)  (The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  No.  (-5)
Score: -5 (B-).  Not a great set but handy if you like Asian architecture.
