Review: 76066 Mighty Micros Hulk vs. Ultron

Another random small set review from the backlog pile.  Turns out this had some pieces I needed for a build I'm working on.

Box.  MSRP was $9.99 for a $0.13 Price per Piece

Instructions and parts list.

Minifigs.  The Ultron head is neat.

Parts 1.  Axle Plates, 4x4x1.3 Mudguard, Mudguard w/Fenders & Lights, Double Inverted Slope w/Cutout, Bigfig Fists, Tires, Clip Claws, Minifig Handlebars, Brackets, Bar Plates, Plate, Air Scoop Piece,
Panel, Minifig Steering Wheels, and Bar Tile.

Parts 2.  Plates, Clip Plates, Jumper,
Studless Slopes, Rims, Grille Tile, Plates
w/Pinhole, Panel, Round Plates, Cheese
Slopes, Minifig Turkey Leg, Lampholders,
Minifig Space Guns, Minifig Wrench, Barbs.

Build.  A 2Rd+d8 Frame.

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Above.  (-10)
(The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  Yes.  (+5)
Score: +5 (B+).  You can make a decent looking starter Frame with plenty of extra pieces.  I think parts count and licensing fees are keeping this set down.
