Review: 60224 Satellite Service Mission

I bought this at one of my local Targets.  I didn't really plan on reviewing this as the normal price was the normal over-price for City sets.  This was marked down though, and it was also the last one of a discontinued set, so I grabbed it.

Box.  MSRP was
 $8.99 for a $0.11 Price per
Piece.  I paid $6.29 for a $0.08 Price per Piece.

Instructions and stickers.

Parts 2.  Inverted Domes, Tile, Triangle Tiles, Dish, Flags,
Bar Plates, Clip Plates, Cheese Graters, Vertical Clip Plates,
Padlocks, Plates, Round Plates, Log Bricks, Round Tiles,
Bar Clips, Minifig Wrench, and Slopes w/Cutout.

Build.  IO Cruiser.

Set Build 1.  I built the set as I have plans for it.
In 6P scale the ship
is roughly 43 feet long.  The satellite could function as a Station.

Set Build 2.  In 6P scale the ship is roughly 45 feet wide.
It is made of 69 pieces, which is 12 Hits (rounded up).

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away? Yes. (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio? Above. (-10) (The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away? Yes. (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts? Yes. (+5)
Score: +5 (B+).  Not a bad little set, it just falls victim to the horrible pricing of the City line.  The score for the price I paid is +20 (A+).
