This is one of the new polybags for 2024. I found it in Walmart, hung up in the Clearance section -- along with another polybag -- even though it's brand new.
Box. MSRP is $4.99, for a $0.12 Price per Piece. As you can see I paid $4.00 for a $0.10 Price per Piece.
on Corners, Double Clip Plate, Technic Ball, Cone, Studless Slopes, Clip
Plates, Ball Joint Plates, Padlocks, Quarter Circle Tiles, Printed Round
Tiles, Round Tiles, Bar Bar Holder, Clip Bar Holder, Angled Bars w/Stud,
Transparent Round Plates w/Handle, Pneuma-Ts, and Minifig Bird.
The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away? Yes. (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio? Above. (-10) (The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away? Yes. (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts? No. (-5)
Score: -5 (B-). Despite being a Frame-in-a-Bag, and being a great parts pack, this polybag falls victim to licensed material pricing. I get the feeling this one is going to disappear fast so if you want it, it might be a good idea to track one down.
