Review: 30315 Space Utility Vehicle Polybag

This was the "free" giveaway set at Lego Stores for July.

Bag.  I picked this up for $3.99 at Target in the checkout aisles.  $0.10 Price per Piece.

Instructions.

Minifig.  I've used the helmet as the core of a build once.

Parts.  A fairly wide selection here, including my favorite piece -- the 1x2 Plate w./Vert. Bar. -- a bunch of Slopes, Wheels, Tires, and a couple of Robot Arms.  The trans-blue Boat Bumper is nice, as is the 2x2 Brick w/Grooves & Axle Hole.  One thing you can't see is another grey Lightsaber lade this is stuck to the bottom of the 2x8 Plate.

Build.  Moon Buggy.  Stats: 2Rd+d8/1G/1Y/2W.

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?
Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  At.  (0)

(The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  No.  (-5)
Score: +5 (B+).  Not bad for a polybag.  It just needs more parts to be competitive.
