Review: 41903 Dots Cosmic Wonder Bracelet

For the second review of Dots week we're going to look at one of the base(?) sets for the line.

Bag.  I paid $4.99, for a $0.15 Price per Piece.

Instructions.  None.

Parts 1.  Wristband.

Parts 2.  Printed Round Tiles, Printed Quarter Round
Tiles, Quarter Round Tiles, and Round Gems.

Build.  I bought a second bracelet
set, mainly because I wanted more
of the planet tile, to test out a theory
about building cylindrical terrain
with matching bracelets.

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  No.  (-5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Above.  (-10)  (The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  No.  (-5)
Score: -15 (C).  Not a great score but, the tiles make great accent pieces and the bracelet has some intriguing possibilities.
