Player Count 2

I made a post last year about Frames per Player and how it bugged me that the chart didn't seem to flow right -- in my opinion.  I remember chatting with Joshua about it and it took me 'til now to make some changes.  These versions reflect the issues that Joshua saw with my previous versions.
