Review: 70722 OverBorg Attack

Let's take a break from the Mixels for a moment -- primarily because I need some parts from this set.  :-)

Box.  MSRP is $19.99 for a $0.10 Price per Piece.

Instructions and Stickers.

Minifigs.

Parts 1.  There are a few good parts
here, but the tread and the tires aren't
that great.  The 2x1 Double Clip Plate
is the big standout for me.

Parts 2.  this is more like it.  Robot Arms, Pneuma-Ts, Half Studless
Slopes, Lightsaber Handles, Small Barbs, 1x1 Round Plates, Bar
Clips, and an Octagonal Bar Plate are just some of the good bits.

Parts 3.  Larger parts here, still some useful stuff.  Multiple
Studless Slopes, those large Hero Factory spikes in the lower
left of the picture, SNOT bricks, Technic bricks, Plate
w/Vert. Bar, Gears, new Technic Helicopter Blades, etc.

Parts 4.  More small parts.  Lots of Technic Pins and Connectors, two Technic Bricks, two new Headlight Bricks, two Lampholders, two 1x1 Trans-Red Cones, and three Minifig Sais.

Build 1.  Frame, naked for ease of build.

Build 2.  Frigate.  Stats: 2Ra+d8/1Y/1Gd8/2W.

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  At.  (0)
(The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  Yes.  (+5)
Score: +15 (A).  Full of interesting parts but it will still take a little skill to make this collection of parts into something worth putting on to the table.
