It's been a number of years but Mega Blox has a new Hot Wheels line.  This is one of the smaller sets in the new line.

Bricks w/Studs on Side, Bricks, Cheese Slopes, and Brackets.

Parts 3.  Wheels, Printed Tile, and Printed Panels.

Parts 4. Plates (notice the 2x5 and 1x5 ones), Wedge
Plate, Axle Plates, Bricks, and Inverted Slopes.

Parts 5.  Double Jumpers, Tiles, Plates w/Hollow Studs, Clip Plates, Wedge Tiles, Axle Plate, Plates, Panels, Plate w/ Slope, Steering Wheel, Double Curved Slopes w/Stud on Side, Bars w/Panel, Bent Bars, and Bar/Bar Holders.

Build.  When I saw the Flaming Skull print on the Tile I knew
had to do a pirate themed IO ship.  With the odd lengths of
the core Modified Plate it took a little time to work everything
out.  I figure this Cruiser looks pretty badass though.

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Below.  (+5)
(The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  Yes.  (+5)
Score: +20 (A+).  This is a fun set with neat parts, I may have to get more.
