This is a "Free with Purchase" with $40 USD/$50 CAD or more purchase in City, Dreamzzz, Friends, Harry Potter,
Monkie Kid, or Ninjago sets at the Lego store from August 11-21, 2023.  Orrrrrrrr, you could just go to Walmart and purchase it there with less hassle.

Arms, Round Plates, Translucent 1x1 Round Brick, and Dome Tops.

Size Comparison.  Someone on Discord conjectured that the new
figures from the Dreamzzz line could function as Ijad on the
tabletop.  I'm not sure why but, here's a look at how big it is
compared to a 6P Microfig and 4P Nanofig.  And the bunny.

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Above.  (-10)
(The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  No.  (-5)
Score: -5 (B-).  It does have a bunch of useful bits, and you can make a Frame out of it, but I'm not feeling this set.
